Contemplative and somatic practice

What is the crux of what you're carrying — and what happens when you set it down?

This is where the practice gets to be unapologetically direct about what it is: work with the body, the energy field, and the contemplative traditions that have been doing this longer than any modern methodology. Not as alternative wellness, but as rigorous practice grounded in lineage and lived experience.

The Work

The Healing practice draws on Reiki, Akashic records work, Vedic frameworks including Jyotish and Ayurvedic integration, and contemplative practice rooted in tradition rather than trend. The approach treats these modalities with intellectual rigor — they are precise instruments, not vague gestures toward something spiritual.

Sessions are tailored to what the individual is carrying and what they're ready to address. Some people come during acute transition — a career rupture, a health crisis, the aftermath of something that rearranged their understanding of who they are. Others come for ongoing practice that supports the kind of leadership and life that requires depth.

Who This Serves

Individuals in deep transition who need contemplative support grounded in tradition rather than commodified wellness. People who are done with surface-level approaches and want to work with someone who treats the contemplative and the practical as two expressions of the same capacity. Those who have tried everything that sounds reasonable and are ready for something that works.

Some things require depth. The Crux works at that depth.

Contemplative work that is precise, grounded in lineage, and built for people who take their inner life as seriously as their professional one.
